The "Enough" Eating Disorder Treatment Program
The Enough Program is a structured, evidence-informed outpatient eating disorder treatment program designed to provide a level of care similar to an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) while operating within a single-provider model. The program emphasizes individualized care, skill-building, accountability, and measurable progress while maintaining transparency about scope and limitations.
Philosophy and Core Principles:

“Enough” framework: reducing extremes (restriction, bingeing, compensatory behaviors)
-
Evidence-based psychotherapy (CBT-E informed, with DBT and ACT skills integration)
-
Family/support system inclusion when appropriate
-
Stepped-care approach: least restrictive, highest effective level
-
Radical transparency about what the program does and does not provide
